PUNK

Good morning!
Monday again...it feels like it's ALWAYS Monday dammit!!
How are you all today?? I hope you had a lovely weekend, the sun shone the whole time here in London which makes a nice change!

Ahhhh so how about this weekend,  I have to admit it was a good'un!  On Saturday night I ended up in Punk club in Soho which I find to be quite an odd club, always a really young crowd you almost feel like your at a school disco but nethertheless the music is great and the company was even better so I had a great time there (plus the Punk Ice Tea is highly reccomended).  Sadly all of us forgot our cameras so I have pinched Kate(who makes up one half of the totally gorgeous twin unit)'s phone pics so I apologise that the quality isn't great.

...and the night ended in me consuming TWO Macdonald's double cheeseburgers "I want one to eat now in the cab please Mr Macdonald and one for when I get back home thank you sir"..always seems like the best idea ever at the time ahhh i'm just so dissapointed in myself!

So Sunday was lovely lovely Merko's Birthday so me and Lou headed up to No. 5 Cavendish Square where he was DJ'ing and saw all my lovely Italiani's <3...sadly I could only stay for a couple of hours as partying on a "school" night is just a no go with my early starts!  I got hardly any pics, not even one with the birthday boy i'm gutted :( but still I have a teeny little gallery for you...tried to get a quick snap of Big Ben as the train rolled into Charing Cross Station, it's my absolute favourite view in London I never get sick of it even though I see it everyday!

(ok so this wasn't last night but still I have to put up a pic of the bithday boy and I love this one! )
Happy Birthday Meerkat <3 x

So voila, another weekend over but here's to the next one!

See you back here on Wednesday my loves

Peace and Love

So on Saturday (when I filmed tonight's video) it was of course St Patrick's day so I hope you all had a merry one and made the most of it (especially all my lovely Irish followers ;)...I let the occasion inspire me into doing a festive green eye so tonight's look is a gold and green metal eye, I hope you enjoy :)

Lips: Chanel Rouge Coco Chintz lipstick (with lipbrush, optional)
Cheeks: Nars Orgasm blusher (Chanel 4 blusher brush), Mac Golden Bronze higlighting powder swept  up cheekbones and on browbone (fantail brush).
I wish I had a HD camera to record the video's as the colours were so much brighter in real life but hey ho!

.

I can't stop thinking about the coach crash that happened in Switzerland on Tuesday wherein 22 beautiful little children lost their lives.  What a devasting tragedy one cannot even begin to imagine the unbearable grief of their loved ones.
My thoughts and prayers are with their family and friends,
 Rest in Peace little angels.

True Romance

Good evening and welcome back!
Wow it's crazy how quickly Wednesday came around again!  I have found that in most of my tutorials I have made the look all about the eyes and often neglected the lip.  A bold statement lip can really 'make' the look so tonight that will be the main focal point.  I have done a soft romantic pastel eye as pastels are a massive trend this spring. For me tonight's look conjures up feelings of romance and absolute femininity so I hope you will enjoy <3

Products used in the video:
Eyes: Mac Da Bling (criiinge) Eyeshadow on mobile lid (large flat brush), Bourjois 05 Rose Vintage Smokey Eyes Palette medium dusty pink colour in crease (Mac 217 blending brush),  Darkest mauve colour from the same palette in the "V" of the eye (sponge tip applicator that is included in palette) and under lower lashline (slanted angle brush),  Chanel Ligne Extreme in Onyx Noir, Loreal Lash Architect mascara in Midnight Black (called it false lash effect in the vid, my bad!)
Lips: Mac Mahogany lip liner, Sleek Mystic lipstick <3, Sleek Pump It Up gloss
Cheeks: Myface Paradiso Pink blusher (Chanel 4 blusher brush), Mac Silver Dusk Highlighting Powder on cheekbones and browbone (fantail brush)

Normally I find Wednesday's to be very mundane but today has been lovely.  The sun was shining in London, I got a free Starbuck's latte this morning with my name on it (spelt right!!!) and then I caught up with my lovely boy Fulvio on my lunch break and he treated me to another latte so it's fair to say I have been buzzing all day!  Now I'm just chilling with Lou in our matching onesies about to watch one of my favourite ever films, Ghost <3

I hope you enjoyed tonights look!

Have a fab rest of your week and take care of your lovely selves :)

Peace and Love

Fianco a Fianco

Buongiorno my darlings!
Hope you are all fabulous and feeling revived after the weekend!
I'm so sad that Monday has come around again after having such a lovely weekend.
On Saturday evening my belissimi Italiani's invited me and my girl Lou to stay at their amazing loft appartment.  It was a really chilled out night with lots of music, laughter, red wine and an amazing dinner of risotto al funghi made by lovely Pierino, the in house chef ;)...in the morning they treated us to a shot of homemade nutella coffee which was incredible!  They really are the best hosts, they totally spoil us when we are there and I feel incredibly happy and blessed to have such an amazing group of people around me :)
Once we all finally dragged ourselves off the sofa's and out of our pyjama's we headed down to Spitalfields market in Brick Lane.  I absolutely adore Spitalfields market with all it's fun and unique artwork, blinged up customised clothes, vintage fur,  quirky, intricate jewellery and the food OH GOD the food!!!!  There is always such a great vibe there on a Sunday and with the weather being so gorgeous yesterday it fell little short of perfection.  After picking up a few little knick knacks and feeling pretty famished we sat down to a not-so traditional Sunday lunch of burger and chips and it was perfect!...DIET STARTS TODAY ;)
On the way home I couldn't resist indulging in a vanilla spice latte from Starbucks (if you haven't tried it yet it's a must- definitely my new obsession)
...and what better way to end the perfect weekend than with a couple of hours of 'Sex and the City' in bed :)...what did you all get up to?

...Yes yes yes Coco you are so right!

Don't forget!!! 13th April

So i'll be back here on Wednesday with a new look for you to try,  don't forget you get in touch (on here, youtube or twitter @AlessiaPasquali) for any future turorial requests, would be lovely to hear from you <3

 Take care Angels,

Peace and Love
